The Mar Thoma Gurukulam in Manakkala, Adoor, was founded in 2010 as a centenary project of the Mar Thoma Students' Conference. Situated in the serene premises of Thazhoor Madam, a historic property generously donated by the family of the late Rev. C. Cherian, the institution functions under the leadership of the Adoor Diocese.

This unique residential Gurukulam offers integrated schooling for students from Grade 8 onwards, combining regular academic education with spiritual formation and evangelism training. Students engage in a disciplined lifestyle rooted in meditation, prayer, and Christian fellowship, nurturing both their intellect and spiritual depth.

Currently, 8 students reside at the Gurukulam, living and learning in a community that emphasizes simplicity, service, and spiritual growth. The center is led by Rev. Paul Jacob,who serves as the Director, ensuring that each student is mentored in both faith and academics.
